Shipping Policy

A great majority of our merchandise is manufactured on-demand, we begin processing your order the minute you click purchase. Because our items are handmade there is a slightly longer processing and delivery time. Should a shipment ever take longer than 7 business days contact us and we will provide further information.

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Standard shipping typically arrives between 4-7 business days. 
    Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 4-7 business days depending on your address, Monday through Saturday. You will receive and order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order.

If you can’t locate your order number please check your spam or junk folder.

Q: Why doesn’t the USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
