Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

Our first priority is always to ensure that your items ship out as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order has been confirmed, it is automatically sent for processing and shipping labels. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

Why doesn’t tracking number work for an order I placed?

It usually takes our shipping providers 24-48 business hours to update their site with tracking information. Depending on holidays and other mitigating circumstances it may take longer. If your item tracking information has not updated for more than 48 hours please contact us.

How will I know if my order went through?

You will immediately receive an order confirmation via the email address you used at checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order has not been processed. Call or text our customer service number 1-760-257-5795 (text messages receive a faster response) for further assistance or send us a message using the contact us form. Make sure to only click the “Submit” button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.

Do I need to sign in to make a purchase?

No! You can check out as a guest or even use Apple Pay or Google Pay to make the process easier.

How soon will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped on the same day purchased. Typically, orders should take between 4-7 business days to be delivered, we have three distribution points in the United States, many of our items are made to order and require additional stages of quality control. Great care is taken to make sure your purchase is satisfactory. Should an order take longer than 7 business you should contact support to further investigate.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your new purchases but we know it doesn’t always work out that way. New and unused items with their original packaging may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 business days. Beyond the 30 day return period you may be given a store credit at our discretion. We offer a generous return policy because we are confident that you’ll enjoy our products.
